We provide two phases of education. The first when they enter our Unseen Wound Program. During this time we will expose them to basic education on certain civilian skills. This will be done in a classroom setting or on site. The goal is to help them understand the different trades so that upon graduation they at least have a feel for what they want to do as a career choice.
Phase two is more advanced, we will provide them the skills necessary in a vocational training environment for a specific position with a specific employer. They will enter an environment of education and community support to ensure that their time with us is very productive. The curriculum will be condensed and provided in such a way to ensure entry into meaningful work and or Union membership.
